How we price them
Yu-Gi-Oh! lists are priced at the cheapest printing of every card when the list was saved. Pokémon and One Piece top-8 lists from the last 30 days are priced card by card at today's TCGplayer market price; a list with more than 5% of its cards unpriced is left out rather than guessed. Cheap winners often come from smaller online events, so check the event before you build.
Build one under your budget
Tell Genny your budget in the Yu-Gi-Oh! deck builder and she builds a legal deck around it. For Pokémon and One Piece, open one of the cheap winning lists above and load it into the Pokémon or One Piece deck builder. Or try the weekly deck challenge, which has a price cap.
